About the Role
Configure the system in order to ensure the system is ready to be used by the users.
Setting up integration between systems in order to ensure the system is user-friendly.
Prepare the data standardization for respective system.
Supporting the system’s user and solve the ticket given accordingly.
Apply and testing new patches for the system continuity.
Configure and add new services as necessary.
Resolved issues and escalated problems with knowledgeable support and quality service.
Create the reporting template by using SSRS as the tool.
Support other team members by helping one another in delivering the task including designing forms and documentation according to time frame given successfully.
Assist in providing system trainings and guidance to all user and selected key user.
Role diversify to be a Team Lead / Scrum Master as Primary Roles & Specialist Supporting Roles contributing in Clinical Information System and related projects.
A team lead’s goals is to motivate and encourage their team members so they can get good work done instead of more focused on deliverables and tasks that need to be accomplished.
Responsibilities include organize work, communicating goals, connecting work to context, delegate tasks, leading by example, allocating and managing resources, problem solving and managing project progress.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science.
Knowledge of Database Administration for Progress and Microsoft SQL (Value-added)
Knowledge of software development
Knowledge of application integration and API developer between application and modules
Knowledge of data migration between applications and modules
Knowledge of Master Code setup
Knowledge of Data Analytics and Data Visualization to deliver KPJ Clinical Digital Dashboard
Development using Microsoft PowerBI
Knowledge of HIS setup, configuration, and user training
